About Us
This dream started when I began shopping for new outdoor gear after a long hiatus from the wilderness, and was shocked by the sticker prices I encountered! I felt things were getting too carried away, and decided I would try to do something about it. I felt as though us consumers are frequently taken advantage of by corporate greed, and with a large family to support, I couldn't justify paying those kinds of prices. With 20 years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces serving many roles such as boat coxn, small arms and demolitions instructor, I’ve developed a strong passion and expertise the great outdoors. Whether it’s fishing, hunting, hiking, mountain biking, or ATV/ UTV operation, I look forward to sharing my adventures and knowledge with fellow outdoor enthusiasts.
